All visual assets, card art, logos, text, character lore, graphic designs, audio, video loops, and game mechanics associated with Previously Pluto LLC, including but not limited to Magusha: Clash of the Commanders, The Big Shuffle, Oddware, and Laurels, are the proprietary intellectual property of Previously Pluto LLC, protected under United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

3. Game Pre-Orders and Crowdfunding Disclaimers
When participating in crowdfunding campaigns (e.g., Kickstarter) or pre-ordering tabletop products:
- Production Status: Crowdfunding pledges support active game development and manufacturing runs. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery schedules, timelines are subject to global freight, customs processing, and manufacturing conditions.
- Accuracy of Information: Backers and purchasers are responsible for providing complete, accurate shipping and contact information. Reshipment fees resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Order Modifications: Requests for refunds or pledge modifications will be evaluated at the studio’s discretion in accordance with specific campaign guidelines.
4. Prohibited Uses of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) in a manner that degrades site performance or consumes excessive server resources.
